Inspiring Youth to Care About Primates Conservation

EPRC Welcome Young People From All Over The World.

Our center has been packed with school groups during the whole month of October.

This year we had the pleasure to receive teenagers from a Hong Kong school for the first time, but also the 6th grade pupils of the United Nations International School of Hanoi, who are now coming every year!

We are always particularly enthusiastic to catch the attention of the young publics, who will be the wildlife protectors of tomorrow. Educating the youth about facts and issues facing Vietnam primates is more demanding than a classic tour! It is also the occasion for EPRC to make it fun and truly memorable, so our little visitors will not only take pictures but hopefully be driven to take a stand for them against extinction.

Truyền Cảm Hứng Bảo Tồn Linh Trưởng Trong Giới Trẻ

EPRC Chào mừng những người trẻ tuổi từ khắp nơi trên thế giới.

Trung tâm của chúng tôi chật kín với những đoàn học sinh thăm quan suốt cả tháng Mười. Năm nay, chúng tôi lần đầu tiên rất hân hạnh được đón đoàn thanh thiếu niên đến từ trường quốc tế Hồng Kông, và cả đoàn học sinh hàng năm của Trường Quốc tế Liên Hợp Quốc tại Hà Nội!

Chúng tôi luôn vui khi có được sự chú ý của giới trẻ, những người sẽ là người bảo vệ động vật hoang dã trong tương lai. Việc giáo dục giới trẻ về các hiện trạng và vấn đề mà người Việt Nam đang phải đối mặt đòi hỏi nhiều hơn là một tour du lịch thông thường! Đây cũng là dịp để EPRC làm cho nó trở nên thú vị và thật sự đáng nhớ, vì vậy những vị khách nhỏ của chúng tôi sẽ không chỉ đến đây để chụp ảnh mà sẽ còn hi vọng được dẫn dắt để chống lại sự tuyệt chủng.

Primate Education Day – Trash Collecting, Primate Drawing, and More…

International Primate Day 2017

Last weekend on October 22nd, local students from Cuc Phuong Primary School experienced for the first time a full-day primate education trip in the forest that engaged them with the nature and introduced them to captive wildlife through various creative activities.

This Primate Education Day is initiated by the Endangered Primate Rescue Center, in collaboration with the Cuc Phuong National Park’s Conservation Awareness Program (CAP), with the aim of raising awareness and improving knowledge about the forest and primates in students studying and living in the buffer zone of Cuc Phuong National Park, where the EPRC is based.
